3042-83 .41 ,V1. 0 ORDINANCE NQ,_3Q2-83 _ R1 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, SUPPLEMENTING CHAPTER 150, IN GENERAL, OF TITLE XII, OFFENSES, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF CLEARWATER, BY ENACTING A NEW SECTION 150. 14, DISORDERLY CONDUCT, TO PROVIDE THOSE ACTS, CONDUCT, OR EVENTS THAT WILL CONSTITUTE DIS- ORDERLY CONDUCT; PROVIDING FOR THE SEPARABILITY OF THE PROVISIONS HEREOF; PROVIDING FOR PROPER NOTICE OF PROPOSED ENACTMENT; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE. WHEREAS, it is necessary to provide a standard to prevent groups of people from engaging in disorderly conduct; and WHEREAS, the creation of such standard will protect the safety and welfare of the citizens of Clearwa ter; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. That Chapter 150, In General, of Title XII, Offenses, of the Code of Ordinances, City of Clearwater, be and the same is hereby supplemented by the enactment of new Section 150. 14 to read as follows: Section 150.14. Disorderly conduct.
