V WHEREAS, the Pinellas County Planning Council (PCPC) has been designated the Local Planning Agency for Pinellas County and thePCPC has adopted guidelines with reference to such required referral process; and WHEREAS, this Ordinance has been referred to and considered by the PCPC under said process; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. Pursuant to the provisions of the Local Government Comprehensive Planning Act, 1975, as amended, and pursuant to all applicable provisions of law, Section 1 of Ordinance No. 2019 is amended by placing the hereinafter described property in the land use category as follows: 2 Property (L. U. P. 82-77) Lots I and 2, Block 4, A. C. Turner's Sub- division No. 3, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, page 53 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, of which Pinellas County was formerly a part.
