BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF W `
THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Section -7Z. 05 of Chapter 72, Alcoholic Beverages, :'.
of the Code of Ordinances, City of Clearwater, is hereby amended to '
place a new establishment under 2COPS Classification as follows:
2COPS - Beer and Wine - Consumption on premises -
package sales
Cafe Leslye and Carryout Sub Shop, +423 Cleveland
Street, being a portion of Lots 2 & 3, Block B, of
John R. Davy and Others' Resub of Earll Munford,
Ross and Starr's Subdivision, Pinellas County, Florida.
Section 2. Notice of the proposed enactment of this ordinance has
been properly advertised in a newspaper of general circulation in accordance
with Section 166.041, Florida Statutes.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage.
