AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER
FLORIDA, AMENDING SECTION 72, 05 OF CHAPTER
72, ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES, OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES, CITY OF CLEARWATER, BY PLACING .'-
A NEW ESTABLISHMENT UNDER COP CLASSIFICATION,
SAID ESTABLISHMENT BEING IN BLACKBURN SUB-
DIVISION, IN SECTION 6, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE
16 EAST, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; PROVIDING
FOR PROPER NOTICE OF PROPOSED ENACTMENT, -,
AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF
THIS ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY. THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Section 72. 05 of Chapter 72, Alcoholic Beverages,
of the Code of Ordinances, City of Clearwater, is hereby amended to
place a new establishment under COP Classification as follows:
COP - Liquor Consumption on Premises
Sunset Pub, 2558 Sunset Point Road, being a
portion of the West 360 feet of Lot 2, Blackburn
Subdivision in Section 6, Township 29 South, Range
16 East, Pinellas County, Florida.
Section 2. Notice of the proposed enactment of this ordinance
has been properly advertised in a newspaper of general circulation in
accordance with Section 166.041, Florida Statutes,
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage.
