Pursuant to the provisions of the Local Government Comprehensive Planning Act, 1975, as amended, and pursuant to all applicable pro- visions of law, Section I of Ordinance No. 2019 is amended by placing the hereinafter described property in the land use category as follows: Property (L.U.P. 82-55) Lot 4, Block A, Breeze Hill Subdivision, according to map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 13, page 66, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. Land Use Category From: Residential/Office To: Commercial/Tourist Facilities Section 2. The City of Clearwater does hereby certify that the measures contained in this ordinance are consistent and in conformance with the City's Comprehensive Plan and individual elements thereof adopted pursuant to the LGCPA and directs that same be forwarded to the LPA for their receipt and appropriate action.
