' AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
4 AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2019, RELATING TO THE LAND
` USE ELEMENT OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN, TO
CHANGE THE LAND USE DESIGNATION FOR CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF CLEARWATER;
PROVIDING FOR REPEAL OF CONFLICTING ORDINANCES;
PROVIDING FOR PROPER NOTICE OF PROPOSED
ENACTMENT, AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE

'?? "?• WHEREAS, the Pinellas County Planning Council (PCPC) has been ;
designated the Local Planning Agency for Pinellas County and the PCPC has adopted s i
guidelines with reference to such required referral process; and
WHEREAS, this Ordinance has been referred to and considered by the
PCPC under said process;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Pursuant to the provisions of the Local Government
Comprehensive Planning Act, 1975, as amended, and pursuant to all applicable pro-
visions of law, Section 1 of Ordinance No. 2019 is amended by placing the hereinafter
described property in the land use category as follows:
Proper Land Use Categor
(L.U.P. 82-51) Lot 1 and 1/2 vacated From: Medium Density Residential
Park Street adjacent and to the North and
vacated S. Lady Mary Drive adjacent to and To, High Density Residential
West of Lot I and Lot 2 and vacated S. Lady
Mary Drive adjacent to and West of Lot 2, all
in Block Z; Lots 2 through 6, inclusive, and
the South 1/2 of vacated Park Street adjacent
to Lots 2 through 6, inclusive, on the North,
Block X; Lot 1 and vacated Park Street North of
and adjacent to Lot 1 and Lot 2 and vacated Park
Street North of and adjacent to Lot 2, Block N;
Lots 2 through 11, inclusive, Block W; Lots 1
through 11, inclusive, and Lot 15, Block F; and
Lots 1 through 6, Block G, all in Hibiscus Gardens
according to map or plat thereof as recorded in
Plat Book 14, page 55, of the Public Records of
Pinellas County, Florida.
Section 2. The City of Clearwater does hereby certify that the measures
contained in this ordinance are consistent and in conformance with the City's
Comprehensive Plan and individual elements thereof adopted pursuant to the LGCPA
and directs that same be forwarded to the LPA for their receipt and appropriate
action.

Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are
to the extent of such conflict hereby repealed.
Section 4. Notice of the proposed enactment of this ordinance has been
properly advertised in a newspaper of general circulation in accordance with Section
166.041, Florida Statutes.
Section 5. This provisions of this ordinance shall take effect immediately
upon its passage,
