AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2019, RELATING TO THE LAND
USE ELEMENT OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN, TO
CHANGE THE LAND USE DESIGNATION FOR CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF CLEARWATER;
PROVIDING FOR REPEAL OF CONFLICTING ORDINANCES;
PROVIDING FOR PROPER NOTICE OF PROPOSED

WHEREAS the Pinellas Count Planning Council (PCPC) has been
designated the Local Planning Agency for Pinellas County and the PCPC has adopted
guidelines with reference to such required referral process; and
WHEREAS, this Ordinance has been referred to and considered by the

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION v d
OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Pursuant to the provisions of the Local Government
Comprehensive Planning Act, 1975, as amended, and pursuant to all applicable pro-
visions of law, Section I of Ordinance No, 2019 is amended by placing the hereinafter
described property in the land use category as follows:,
