Central Avenue, Clearwater, Florida, hereinafter referred to as "Owner";
WI T NESS E TH:
WH~REAS, the Owner owns and controls Cleveland Plaza Shopping Center
situated at 1200 Cleveland Street in Clearwater, Pinellas County, Florida,;

WHEREAS, the City is desirous of providing a specia.l public bus
service to be operated by the Central Pinellas Transit Authority to and ironl
Clearwa ter Beach on Sundays and holidays, and des ires to us e tbe Owner's
shopping center parking area as one of the stops for these special buses; and
WHEREAS, the City and the Owner are willing to enter into an agree-
mentconcerning the use of said shopping center parking area subject to
certain condi tions;
NOW, THEREFORE, for ,and in consideration of tbe covenants herein

contained and other good and valuable considerations, the parties hereto agree
and covenant as follows:
1. That the Owner will permit the special buses provided and operated
by Central Pinellas Transit Authority on Sundays and holidays to use tbe parking
area of Cleveland Plaza Shopping Center as a bus stop and to allow persons usmg
the said serVIce t) park their vehicles in ,,;:lid parking a.reeL
2. That the terms of this Agreen~ent s-hall commence as of the date
hereof and shall continue until tenninated and Inay be cancelled and terminated
by either party upon furnishing to the other thirty (30) days I written notice of
cancella tion.

3. The City of Clearwater covenants that it will save the Owner
harmless on account of any accident or injury in connection with the use of
