IG; adopted comprehensive plan or element thereof be reviewed by the Local Planning Agency (LPA) for conformance with plans adopted pursuant to the LGCPA; and WHEREAS, the Pinellas County Planning Council (PCPC) has been w;+r;?,>;?rrf?' iSl% r ?Y?3?.5•ES, xr'a7,xrdesignated the Local Planning Agency for Pinellas County and the PCPC has adopted .Y.G r guidelines with reference to such required referral process; and (.vs s" WHEREAS, this Ordinance has been referred to and considered by the z PCPC under said process; , E' NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. Pursuant to the provisions of the Local Government Comprehensive Planning Act, 1975, as amended, and pursuant to all applicable pro- visions of law, Section i of Ordinance No. 2019 is amended by placing the hereinafter ' described property in the land use category as follows: Property Land Use Category s-._ (L.U.P. 82-38) Lots 26 through 29, From: Commercial/Tourist inclusive, and Lots 34 through 37, inclusive, Facilities Gibson's Clearwater Heights Subdivision according to map or plat thereof as recorded To: Public/Semi-Public in Plat Book 4, page 99, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, of which Pinellas County was formerly a part. AND Lots 1, 2 and the North 20 feet of Lot 3, Janie Daniels Subdivision according to map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 5, page 23, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, Section 2. The City of Clearwater does hereby certify that the measures contained in this ordinance are consistent and in conformance with the City's Comprehensive Plan and individual elements thereof adopted pursuant to the LGCPA and directs that same be forwarded to the LPA for their receipt and appropriate ,action, -1- Ord.2947 4/7/83 1 't 4= ?i Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are to the extent of such conflict hereby repealed. Section 4. Notice of the proposed enactment of this ordinance has been properly advertised in a newspaper of general circulation in accordance with Section 188.041, Florida Statutes. Section 5. The provisions of this ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage.
