III _T C ORDINANCE NO. 2933-83 -, AN ORDINANCE OF' THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2019 RELATING TO THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN, TO CHANGE THE LAND USE DESIGNATION FOR CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY - WITHIN THE CITY OF CLEARWATER; PROVIDING FOR REPEAL OF CONFLICTING ORDINANCES; PROVIDING FOR ' PROPER NOTICE OF PROPOSED ENACTMENT; AND PRO- VIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE QF THIS ORDINANCE, WHEREAS, the Local Government Comprehensive Planning Act (LGCPA) requires that all development regulations and amendments thereto r " i related to an adopted comprehensive plan or element thereof be reviewed by the Local Planning Agency (LPA) for conformance with plans adopted pursuant to the LGCPA; and WHEREAS, the Pinellas County Planning Council (PCPC) has been designated the Local Planning Agency for Pinellas County and the PCPC has adopted guidelines with reference to such required referral process; and WHEREAS, this Ordinance has been referred to and considered by the PCPC under said process; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEAR WATER, FLORIDA: Section 1, Pursuant to the provisions of the Local Government Comprehensive Planning Act, 1975, as amended, and pursuant to all applicable provisions of law, Section 1 of Ordinance No. 2019 is amended by placing the hereinafter described property in the land use category as follows: Property Land Use Category (L. U, P. 82-25) Lot Four (4) From: Medium Density Residential in the SW 1/4 of Section 1, Township 29 South, Range 15 East, according To: Residential/Office to the Map of Pinellas Groves recorded in Plat Book 3, page 15 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, Section 2. Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are to the extent of such conflict hereby repealed. Section 4. Notice of the proposed enactment of this ordinance has been properly advertised in a newspaper of general circulation in accordance with Section 166.041, Florida Statutes. Section 5. Section 1 of this Ordinance shall not become effective until the requisite authorization has been received from the Pinellas County Planning Council pursuant to its powers of Local Planning Agency review or Land Use Plan amendments, as is applicable.
