ORDINANCE NO. 2917-BZ
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER,
FLORIDA, AMENDING SECTION 72.05 OF CHAPTER
72, ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES, OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES, CITY OF CLEARWATER, BY PLACING
A NEW ESTABLISHMENT UNDER ZCOPS CLASSIFICATION,
SAID ESTABLISHMENT BEING IN SECTION 1, TOWNSHIP
29 SOUTH, RANGE 15 EAST, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA;
PROVIDING FOR PROPER NOTICE OF PROPOSED
ENACTMENT; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE
DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Section 72.05 of Chapter 7Z, Alcoholic Beverages,
of the Code of Ordinances, City of Clearwater, is hereby amended to
place a new establishment under ZCOPS Classification as follows:
2COPS - Beer and Wine Consumption on Premises;

Big J. R. Is Pizza Pub, 1911 Hercules Avenue N. ,
being M&B 13.-02, in Section 1, Township 29 South,
Range 15 East, Pinellas County, Florida.
Section 2. Notice of the proposed enactment of this ordinance
has been properly advertised in a newspaper of general circulation in
accordance with Section 166. 041. Florida Statutes.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage.
