ORDINANCE NO. 2909-82
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER,
FLORIDA, AMENDING SECTION 72.05 OF CHAPTER
72, ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES, OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES, CITY OF CLEAR WATER, BY PLACING
A NEW ESTABLISHMENT UNDER ZAPS CLASSIFICATION,
SAID ESTABLISHMENT BEING IN BOULEVARD HEIGHTS
IN SECTION 14, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 15 EAST,
PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; PROVIDING FOR PROPER
NOTICE OF PROPOSED ENACTMENT; AND PROVIDING
FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Section 72.05 of Chapter 72, Alcoholic Beverages,
of the Code of Ordinances, City of Clearwater, is hereby amended to
place a new establishment under ZAPS Classification as follows:
ZAPS - Beer and Wine Package Sales
Naples Food Company, 1476A Gulf to Bay Boulevard,
being a . Portion of Lot 15, Block G, Boulevard Heights in Section
14, Township 29 South, Range 15 East, Pinellas
County, Florida.
Section 2. Notice of the proposed enactment of this ordinance
has been properly advertised in a newspaper of general circulation in
accordance with Section 166. 041, Florida Statutes.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage.
