AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2019, RELATING TO THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN, TO CHANGE THE LAND USE DESIGNATION FOR CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF CLEARWATER; PROVIDING FOR REPEAL OF CONFLICTING ORDINANCES; PROVIDING FOR PROPER NOTICE OF PROPOSED ENACTMENT; AND PRO- VIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE. WHEREAS, the Local Government Comprehensive Planning Act (LGCPA) requires that all development regulations and amendments thereto related to an adopted comprehensive plan or element thereof be reviewed by Ix F?r `?f$v?stYt?f???aAt?"' ?,`.` Iei••RS?y.w "iZ'?,;v ?+?yt? SIR JJiS•,?".. the Local Planning Agency (LPA) for conformance with lane adopted pursuant r. i ." si n+ N K' to the LGCPA; and Ma r , WHEREAS, the Pinellas County Planning Council (PCPC) has been ; designated the Local Planning Agency for Pinellas County and the PCPC has adopted guidelines with reference to such required referral process; and a •, WHEREAS, this Ordinance has been referred to and considered by l the PCPC under said process; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEAR WATER, FLORIDA: i <{ Section 1. Pursuant to the provisions of the Local Government Comprehensive Planning Act, 1975, as amended, and pursuant to all + E°' applicable provisions of law, Section 1 of Ordinance No. 2019 is amended " by placing the hereinafter described property in the land use category as follows: Property - Land Use Category (L. U. P. 82-10a) South 9 feet From: Low Density Residential ? ti•? ,..,, :. _ of West 100 feet of Lot 4.1 and r ` West 100 feet of Lots 42 and 43, To: Commercial/ Tourist Facilities all in Block C, Bassedena Sub- ?e division, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 6, page 26, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, Section 2.
