72, ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES, OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES CITY OF CLEARWATER, BY PLACING
A NEW ESTABLISHMENT UNDER 2COPS CLASSIFICATION,
SAID ESTABLISHMENT BEING IN SECTION 31, TOWNSHIP
29 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA;
PROVIDING FOR PROPER NOTICE OF PROPOSED
ENACTMENT, AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE ;
DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE.
