USE ELEMENT OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN, TO F
CHANGE THE LAND USE DESIGNATION FOR CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF CLEARWATER;
PROVIDING FOR REPEAL OF CONFLICTING ORDINANCES; '
PROVIDING FOR PROPER NOTICE OF PROPOSED

OF THIS ORDINANCE.
WHEREAS, the Local Government Comprehensive Planning Act (LGCPA)
requires that all development regulations and amendments thereto related to an

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION '

Section 1. Pursuant to the provisions of the Local Government

Comprehensive Planning Act, 1975, as amended, and pursuant to all applicable pro-
visions of law, Section 1 of Ordinance No. 2019 is amended by placing the hereinafter ,
