AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER,
FLORIDA, AMENDING SECTION 72.05 OF CHAPTER
72, ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES, OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES, CITY OF CLEARWATER, BY PLACING
A NEW ESTABLISHMENT UNDER PS CLASSIFICATION,
SAID ESTABLISHMENT BEING IN AIKEN SUBDIVISION
IN SECTION 15, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 15 EAST,
PINE LLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; PROVIDING FOR PROPER
NOTICE OF PROPOSED ENACTMENT; AND PROVIDING
FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Section 72.05 of Chapter 72, Alcoholic Beverages,
of the Code of Ordinances, City of Clearwater, is hereby amended to
place a new establishment under PS Classification as follows:
PS - Liquor Package Sales
Shafer-Brown Building, 812 Chestnut Street,
being Lots 9 thru 13, Block 15, Aiken Subdivision,.
in Section 15, Township 29 South, Range 15 East,
Pinellas County, Florida.
Section Z. Notice of the proposed enactment of this ordinance
has been properly advertised in a newspaper of general circulation in
accordance with Section 166. 041, Florida Statutes.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage.
