Pursuant to the provisions of the Local Government a, r. r.'-:' 4 ^A t l 'krla `l"?' t 3 , Comprehensive Planning Act, 1975, as amended, and pursuant to all applicable pro- visions of law, Section I of Ordinance No. 2019 is amended by placing the hereinafter described property in the land use category as follows: Property Land Use Category (L.U.P. 8233) A parcel of land lying in From: Low Density Residential Section 32, Township 28 South, Range 16 East, ' Pinellas County, Florida and being more To: Residential/Office particularly described as follows: Commence at the southwest corner of said section and run S 89° 461 1411 E 120.00 feet along the south boundary of said section to the easterly right-- of-way line of U.S. Highway 19 North as called for in O.R.
