After its evaluation of all evidence presented at a proper public hearing, the City of Clearwater, acting by and through its City Commission, by the authority and under the provisions of Section 171.044, Florida Statutes, hereby annexes into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater, Florida, and redefines the boundary lines of said City so as to include the following described real property in Pinellas County, Florida, and establishes fire district classification therefor: Lot 11, Block H, Kapok Terrace, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 36, pages 14 and 15, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with abutting right-of-way. The above described property is hereby designated Fire District No. 2. Section 2. The City of Clearwater does hereby certify that the measures contained in this ordinance are consistent and in conformance with the City's Comprehensive Plan and individual elements thereof adopted pursuant to the LGCPA and directs that same be forwarded to the LPA for their receipt and appropriate action. Section 3. The City Commission hereby formally and according to law, accepts the dedication of all easements, streets, parks, plazas, places, rights-of-way and other dedications to the public which have heretofore been made by plat, deed or user within the areas so annexed. Section 4.
