Occupants and owners of abutting property to keep parkways clean and sanitary, of Chapter 54, Solid Waste rt y'Management and Weed Control, of Title V, Utilities, of the Code of Ordinances, City of Clearwater, be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: Sec. 54. 11. In mowing the grass in the area designated herein. the property owner shall cut the grass in such a manner that the grass as mowed does not extend over the curbline or edge of pavement of an improved right-of-way more than four (4) inches. a:. Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are to the extent of such conflict hereby repealed. Section 3. Notice of the proposed enactment of this ordinance has been properly advertised in a newspaper of general circulation in accordance with Section 166. 041, Florida Statutes. t Section 4.
