ORDINANCE NO, 2770-82
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING
CHAPTER 71, LICENSES, OF TITLE VII, BUSINESSES AND
BUSINESS REGULATIONS, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF
CLEARWATER, TO CHANGE THE NUMBERING SYSTEM FOR THE LICENSE
CATEOORIES AND TO ADD A CATEGORY FOR ADULT CONGREGATE
LIVING HOME, FAMILY CARE FACILITY AND GROUP CARE FACILITY;
PROVIDING FOR THE SEPARABILITY OF THE PROVISIONS HEREOF;
PROVIDING FOR REPEAL OF ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES
IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; PROVIDING PROPER NOTICE OF PROPOSED
ENACTMENT; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS
ORDINANCE.
HE'IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That Section 71.13, Schedule of Fees, of Chapter
71, Licenses, of Title VII, Businesses and Business Regulations, of
the Code of Ordinances, City of Clearwater, be and the same is hereby
repealed in its entirety, and a new Section 71.13 is hereby enacted to
read as follows:'
"Section 71.13 Schedule of Fees.
Each applicant shall he required to procure a separate license
for each category which applies to his acii vitfes. Except as
otherwise provided, each year the following license tax shall
be assessed and collected;
