AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
AMENDING SECTION 72.05 OF CHAPTER 72, ALCOHOLIC
BEVERAGES, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF
CLEARWATER, BY PLACING A NEW ESTABLISHMENT
UNDER 2COPS CLASSIFICATION, SAID ESTABLISHMENT
BEING IN SECTION 30, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE
16 EAST, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; PROVIDING
FOR PROPER NOTICE OF PROPOSED ENACTMENT;
AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS
ORDINANCE.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Section 72. 05 of Chapter 72, Alcoholic Beverages, of
the Code of Ordinances, City of Clearwater, is hereby amended to place a
new establishment under 2COPS Classification as follows:
Section 2. Notice of the proposed enactment of this ordinance has
been properly advertised In a newspaper of general circulation in accordance
with Section 166. 041, Florida Statutes.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon
h its passage.
