NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:; Section 1. Pursuant to the provisions of the Local Government ?5 d r Comprehensive Planning Act, 1975, as amended, and pursuant to all applicable pro- visions of law, Section 1 of Ordinance No. 2019 is amended by placing the hereinafter ' 6 described property in the land use category as follows: „>> 4 Property Land Use Cate or s,f (L.U.P. 81-24) Commence at the Southeast From: Low Density Residential corner of Georgia Street and Osceola Avenue; thence run Southerly, along the East line of To: High Density Residential Osceola Avenue, 200 feet, for a point of beginning; thence run Easterly, 100 feet; thence run Southerly, 52 feet; thence run Westerly, 20 feet more or less; thence run Southerly, 83 feet; thence run Westerly, 80 feet more or less, to the East line of Osceola Avenue; thence run Northerly, 135 feet, to the point of beginning. Section 2. The City of Clearwater does hereby certify that the measures contained in this ordinance are consistent and in conformance with the City's Comprehensive Plan and individual elements thereof adopted pursuant to the LGCPA and directs that same be forwarded to the LPA for their receipt and appropriate action.
