AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF'
THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, 1990, AS
AMENDED, BY ZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY RECENTLY
ANNEXED INTO THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, AS
DESCRIBED HEREIN; PROVIDING FOR REPEAL OF
ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT
HEREWITH TO THE EXTENT OF SUCH CONFLICT;
PROVIDING FOR THE SEPARABILITY OF THE PROVISIONS
HEREOF; PROVIDING FOR PROPER NOTICE OF PROPOSED
ENACTMENT; AND PROVIDING FOR. THE EFFECTIVE
DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE.

WHEREAS, on June 19, 1980, the City Commission of the City of
Clearwater, after proper public notice, held a public hearing for the
determination and establishment of zoning classifications for certain property
annexed into the, City of Clearwater in accordance with procedure as
established; and
WHEREAS, certain of the amendments to the zoning atlas for
establishing zoning for such newly annexed real property were approved by
the City Commission after its evaluation of all evidence presented at the
said public hearing;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following described property in Clearwater, Florida,.
is hereby classified and zoned as hereinafter indicated, and 'The Zoning
Atlas of the City of Clearwater, Florida of 198011, as amended, is amended
to indicate that fact as hereinafter set out:
Zoned as RMH - Mobile Home Park
The Westerly 368 feet of the following described parcel
of land: The Sout, 1/Z of the North 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of
the NW 1/4 of the NW 1 /4 of Section 16, Township 29 South,
Range 16 East. Also a strip of land described as : Beginning
at the NE corner of the above described parcel of land and
running thence West along the North boundary of said parcel
368 feet to the NW corner of said parcel; thence North 4 feet;
thence East parallel to the North boundary of said parcel
368 feet; thence South 4 feet to the place of beginning. Except
the following described parcel of land: Beginning at the SE
corner of the parcel of land first hereon described and running
thence West 4.96 feet; thence North 25 feet; thence East
4.96 feet; thence South 25 feet to the place of beginning.

Section 2, All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are to the extent of such conflict hereby repealed.
Section 3_ Should any part or provision of this ordinance be declared
by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the same shall not affect
the validity of the ordinance as a whole, or any part thereof other than the
part declared to be invalid.
Section 4. Notice of the proposed enactment of this ordinance has
been properly advertised in a newspaper of general circulation in accordance
with Section 166.041, Florida Statutes.
Section S. The Planning Director is directed to include and set out
and show upon the official zoning atlas of the City of Clearwater the foregoing
amendment as hereinabove set out.
Section 6. The provisions of this ordinance shall take effect
immediately upon its passage.
