2192-80 i 0 ORDINANCE NO. 2 192 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, 1980, AS AMENDED, BY RECLASSIFYING AND ZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY AS DESCRIBED HEREIN; PROVIDING FOR REPAL OF ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH TO THE EXTENT OF SUCH CONFLICT; PRO- VIDING FOR THE SEPARABILITY OF THE PROVISIONS HEREOF; PROVIDING FOR PROPER NOTICE OF PRO. POSED ENACTMENT; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE. WHEREAS, on August 7, 1980, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, after proper public notice, held a public hearing on certain proposed changes to the zoning atlas of the City of Clearwater in accordance with procedure as established; and WHEREAS, certain of the proposed changes and amendments to the zoning atlas were approved by the City Commission after its evaluation of all evidence presented at the said public hearing; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA; Section 1. The following described property in Clearwater, Florida, is hereby classified and zoned as hereinafter indicated, and "The Zoning Atlas of the City of Clearwater, Florida of 198011, as amended, is amended to indicate that fact as hereinafter set outs Zoned as PS - Professional Services District Lots 21 through 26, inclusive, Drew Park Subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 3, page 40 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. AND Lots 1 through 10, inclusive, Block A and Lots 1 through 8, Block B, Plaza Park Subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 5, page 53 of the Public Records cf Hillsborough County, Florida, of which Pinellas County was formerly a part. AND Lots 1 through 5, inclusive, Block 1, Sarah McMullen's Subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, page 41 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. Booth Subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 9, page 22 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are to the extent of such conflict hereby repealed. Section 3. Should any part or provision of this ordinance be declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the same shall not affect the validity of the ordinance as a whole, or any part thereof other than the part declared to be invalid. Section 4. Notice of the proposed enactment of this ordinance has been properly advertised in a newspaper of general circulation in accordance with Section 166.041, Florida Statutes. Section 5. The Planning Director is directed to include and set out and show upon the official zoning atlas of the City of Clearwater the foregoing amendments as hereinabove set out. Section 6. The provisions of this ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage.
