' v AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2019, RELATING TO THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN, TO CHANGE THE LAND USE DESIGNATION FOR CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY. WITHIN THE CITY OF CLEARWATER; PROVIDING FOR REPEAL OF CONFLICTING ORDINANCES; PROVIDING FOR PROPER NOTICE OF PROPOSED ENACTMENT; AND PRO- VIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER FLORIDA ry Section 1. Pursuant to the provisions of the Local Government Comprehensive Planning Act 1975, as amended, and pursuant to all applicable provisions of law, Section 1 of Ordinance No. 2029 is amended by placing the hereinafter described property in the land use category as follows: Property (LUP 80-38) Lots 1 through 5, inclusive, Block 3 of Ira Nicholson's Addition to Clear- water, Florida, according to map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 2, page 44 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Fla., of which Pinellas County, Florida, was formerly a part.
