AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
AMENDING SECTION 4-18 OF ARTICLE 1 OF CHAPTER 4,
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF CLEAR-
WATER, FLORIDA, 1962, RELATING TO ALCOHOLIC
BEVERAGES, BY REPEALING ZONE 13Q OF SUBPARAGRAPH
(3) IN ITS ENTIRETY; BY AMENDING SUBPARAGRAPH
(8) TO ENACT NEW ZONE 18F WHERE CLASSIFICATION
SECTION 4-26 (a) (1), AS DESCRIBED IN THIS CHAPTER,
CAN BE SOLD, SAID ZONE CONSISTING OF PART OF
LOTS 5 AND 6, MOSELL ACRES, PINELLAS COUNTY,
FLORIDA; PROVIDING FOR PROPER NOTICE OF PRO-
POSED ENACTMENT; AND PROVIDING FOR THE
EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Zone 13Q of Subparagraph (3) of Section 4-18 of Article
I of Chapter 4 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
1962, is hereby repealed in its entirety.
Section Z. Subparagraph (8) of Section 4-18 of Article 1 of Chapter
4 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Clearwater, Florida, 1962, is
hereby amended to enact new Zone 18F to read as follows:
(8) For classification Section 4-26 (a) (1) only:
ZONE 18F. Section 12-29-15
Ordinance No. 2172. A/K/A 2194 Drew Street
Consisting of the following described property;
That part of Lots 5 and 6, Mosell Acres, according
to Plat Book 24, page 70 of the Public Records of
Pinellas County, Florida, further described as follows:
Begin at the SE corner of Section 12, Township 29 South,
Range 15 East, and run N 0.01' 3911 E along the centerline
of Belcher Road (Oleander Ave. by Plat), 50 feet; thence
N 89.2512711 W, 33 feet to the westerly right-of-way of
Belcher Road, as shown on the plat of said Mosell Acres,
for a P. O. B. ; thence continue N 89'2512711 W, along the
North right-of-way of Drew St. , 150 feet to a point;
thence N 0.0113911 E, parallel to the West right-of-way
of Belcher Road, 150 feet; thence S 89.25'27" E parallel
to the North right-of-way of Drew St., 150 feet to the West
right-of-way of Belcher Road; thence S 0'01139" W along
the West right-of-way of Belcher Road, 150 feet to the P.O. B.
Section 3. Notice of the proposed enactment of this ordinance has
been properly advertised in a newspaper of general circulation in accordance
with Section 166.041, Florida Statutes.
