2157-801 t. .t 0 ORDINANCE NO. 2157 (ID AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2019, RELATING TO THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN, TO CHANGE THE LAND USE DESIGNATION FOR CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF CLEARWATER; PROVIDING FOR REPEAL OF CONFLICTING ORDINANCES; PROVIDING FOR PROPER NOTICE OF PROPOSED ENACTMENT; AND PRO- VIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. Pursuant to the.provisions of the Local Government ter-. Comprehensive Planning Act, 1975, as amended, and pursuant to all applicable provisions of law, Section 1 of Ordinance No. 2019 is amended by placing the hereinafter described property in the land use category as follows: Pro er North 356 feet of Lot 2 of Lakewood Replat, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 20, page 41 of thb Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. (L. U. P. 79-10) Land Use Category_ From.-Low Density Residential To: Residential/ Office Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are to the extent of such conflict hereby repealed. Section 3. Notice of the proposed enactment of this ordinance has been properly advertised in a newspaper of general circulation in accordance with Section 166.041, Florida Statutes. Section 4. The provisions of this ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage.
