Agreement, dated September 15, 1958. A copy has been de-
livered to Mr. Scott. This copy is fQr t.h,eJlity file s.
A copy of this memorandum is being sent to the City En-
gineer, who has previously received a copy of the Agree-
ment in its original form. As recommended by the City
Commission on September 15th, the Agreement was revised
to include a more specific description of the location
of the storm sewer. A copy of the revised Agreement is
being sent to the Engineer and a copy of this memorandum
and of the revised Agreement is being sent the City Build-
ing Inspector.
