2146-80¦ al .t at a•: ORDINANCE NO, 2146 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2019 RELATING TO THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN, TO CHANGE THE LAND USE DESIGNATION FOR CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF CLEARWATER; PROVIDING FOR REPEAL OF CON- FLICTING ORDINANCES; PROVIDING FOR PROPER NOTICE OF PROPOSED ENACTMENT; AND PRO- VIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. Pursuant to the provisions of the Local Government Comprehensive Planning Act, 1975, as amended, and pursuant to all applicable provisions of law, Section 1 of Ordinance No. 2019 is amended by placing the hereinafter described property in the land use category as follows: Property {LUP 80-41 }Lots 4 through 14, Block "Z", Late 1, and 12 through 18, Block "W", Hibiscus Gardens, as recorded in Plat Book 14, Pages 55-59, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with the vacated rights-of-way of Stevenson Boulevard and Lady Mary Drive, all being further described as follows: Commence at the NE corner of the NW 1/4 of the SE 1 /4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 15, Township 29 South, Range 15 East, Pinellas County, Florida; run thence S 00.34108" W, 150.90 feet to the P.O.B.; thence continue S 00.34'08" W, 480.89 feet to the North right-of-way line of Franklin Street; thence along said North right-of-way line, N 89.17112" W, 474.77 feet; thence N 00.43130" E, 99.57 feet; thence S 89'29' 19" E, 34.24 feet; thence N 08.44' 1411 E, 145. 00 feet; thence N 0804911711 W, 128, 52 feet; thence N 79 'Z61 55'' E, 59.76 feet; thence N 09 • 55126" W, 94.09 feet to the South right-of- way line of Pierce Street; thence along said South right-of-way line, S 88152126" E, 275.81 feet; thence N 07.5812811 E, 9.67 feet; thence S 88.52126" E, 122. 08 feet to the P.
