ORDINANCE NO. 2143
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
AMENDING SECTION 4-18 OF ARTICLE 1 OF CHAPTER 4,
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF CLEAR-
WATER, FLORIDA, 1962, RELATING TO ALCOHOLIC
BEVERAGES, BY REPEALING ZONE 11D OF SUBPARAGRAPH
(2) IN ITS ENTIRETY; BY AMENDING SUBPARAGRAPH
(7) TO ENACT NEW ZONE 17B WHERE CLASSIFICATION
SECTION 4-26 (a) (1), (2), (3), (4) AND SECTION 4-26 (c)
AS DESCRIBED IN THIS CHAPTER, CAN BE SOLD, SAID
ZONE CONSISTING OF A PORTION OF SECTION 5, TOWN-
SHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, PINELLAS COUNTY,
FLORIDA; PROVIDING FOR PROPER NOTICE OF PROPOSED
ENACTMENT; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE
DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Zone III) of Subparagraph (2) of Section 4-18 of Article
1 of Chapter 4, Alcoholic Beverages, of the Code of Ordinances of the City
of Clearwater, Florida, 1962, is hereby repealed in its entirety.
Section 2. Subparagraph (7) of Section 4-18 of Article 1 of Chapter
4, Alcoholic Beverages, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Clearwater,
Florida, 1962, is hereby amended to enact new Zone 17B to read as
follows:
(7) For classification Section 4-26 (a) (1), (2), (3),
(4), and Section 4-26 (c):
ZONE 17B. Section 5-29-16
Ordinance No. 2143: A/K/A 1923 U. S. 19 North.
Consisting of the following described property:
Begin 359.51 feet North and 111.47 feet East of SW
corner of NW 1/4 of Section 5, Township 29 South,
Range 16 East; thence run N 13'57127" W, 44.36 feet;
North 74.49 feet; East 150 feet; North 190 feet; East
423. 19 feet; South .3-07. 94 feet; West 562.48 feet to
P. O. B.
Section 3. Notice of the proposed enactment of this ordinance has
been properly advertised in a newspaper of general circulation in accordance
with Section 166.041, Florida Statutes.
