2131-80 ORDINANCE NO. 2131 Cb AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING SECTION 4-18 OF ARTICLE 1 OF CHAPTER 4, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF CLEAR- WATER, FLORIDA, 1962, RELATING TO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES, BY REPEALING ZONE 21 OF SUBPARAGRAPH (11) IN ITS ENTIRETY; BY AMENDING SUBPARAGRAPH (11) TO ENACT NEW ZONE 22M WHERE CLASSIFICATION SECTION 4-26 (a) (3), AS DESCRIBED IN THIS CHAPTER, CAN BE SOLD, SAID ZONE CONSISTING OF A PORTION OF SECTION 1, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 15 EAST, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; PROVIDING FOR PROPER NOTICE OF PROPOSED ENACTMENT; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. Zone 21 of Subparagraph (11) of Section 4-18 of Article 1 of Chapter 4 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Clearwater, Florida, 1962, is hereby repealed in its entirety. Section 2. Subparagraph (11) of Section 4-18 of Article 1 of Chapter 4 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Clearwater, Florida, 1962, is hereby amended to enact new Zone 22M to read as follows: (11) For classification Section 4-26 (a) (3) only: ZONE 22M. Section 1-29-.15 Ordinance No. Z131. A/K/A 1905 N. Hercules Ave. Consisting of the following described property; West 193 feet of the South 270 feet of the South 1/2 of the West I/Z of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section l,' Township 29 South, Range 15 East, Pinellas County, Florida. Section 3. Notice of the proposed enactment of this ordinance has been properly advertised in a newspaper of general circulation in accordance with Section 166.041, Florida Statutes. Section 4. L t j 1 l AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER FLORIDA , , AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2019, RELATING TO THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN TO CHANGE THE LAND USE DESIGNATION FOR CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF CLEARWATER; PROVIDING FOR REPEAL OF CONFLICTING ORDINANCES; PROVIDING FOR PROPER NOTICE OF PROPOSED ENACTMENT; AND PRO, VIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE .
