BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY or CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. Pursuant to the provisions of the Local Government s , " 1 4Y Comprehensive Planning Act, 1975, as amended, and pursuant to all applicable provisions of law, Section 1 of Ordinance No. 2019 is amended . ,J ^r- by placing the hereinafter described property in the land use category as follows: Property Land Use Category (LUP 80-30) Lots 2 through 9, incl.
