Park Subdivision according to the map or plat thereof
as recorded in Plat Book 5, page 53 of the Public
Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, of which

be and the same is hereby vacated, closed and released, and the City of
Clearwater hereby quit claims and releases all of its right, title and

law, excepting that the City of Clearwater hereby retains a drainage and

with Section 166. 041, Florida Statutes.
