AMENDING ORDINANCE NO 2072, WHICH AMENDED
SECTION 4-18 OF ARTICLE 1 OF CHAP'T'ER 4, OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER,
FLORIDA, 1962, RELATING TO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES,
TO CORRECT THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF ZONE 19X,

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1, Section 1 of Ordinance No. 2072, which was passed
by the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida, on January 3,
1980, is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 1. Subparagraph (9) of Section 4-18 of Article 1
of Chapter 4 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Clear-
water, Florida, 1962, relating to alcoholic beverages,
is hereby amended to enact new Zone 19X to read as follows:
(9) For classification Section 4-'26 (c):
ZONE 19X. Consisting of the following described property:
From the SW corner of the NW 1/4 of Section 17,
Township 29 South, Range 16 East, Pinellas County,
Florida, as a point of reference, thence N 89°47104"
E, along the East-West centerline of said Section, the
same being the centerline of State Road #60 (Gulf to Bay
Blvd. ), 509.00 feet; thence leaving said line N 01'03'04"
E, 60.01 feet to a point on the northerly right-of-way
line of said State Road, the P.O.B.; thence N 01'03104"
E, 395.00 feet; thence N 89'47104" E, 207.00 feet;
thence S 01.03104" W, 395 feet; thence S 89 *47104" W,
along said line 207. 00 feet to the above mentioned P. O. B. "
Section 2. Notice of the proposed enactment of this ordinance has
been properly advertised in a newspaper of general circulation in accordance
with Section 166.041, Florida Statutes.
