ANNEXED INTO THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, AS DESCRIBED HEREIN; PROVIDING FOR REPEAL OF ' • • ;°'`'..':,.a:,:=• ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH TO THE EXTENT OF SUCH CONFLICT; PROVIDING FOR THE SEPARABILITY OF THE PROVISIONS - HEREOF; PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION OF THIS ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR PROPER NOTICE OF PROPOSED ENACTMENT; AND PROVIDING FOR THE t A` r " s EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE, ,z ' 4 a•er}$"l r ?Y WHEREAS, on November 15, 1979, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, after proper public notice, held a public hearing for the determination and establishment of zoning classifications for certain property annexed into the City of Clearwater in accordance with procedure as established; and WHEREAS, certain of the amendments to the zoning atlas for establishing zoning for such newly annexed real property were approved by the City Commission after its evaluation of all evidence presented at the said public hearing; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA; Section 1. The following described property in Clearwater, Florida, is hereby classified and zoned as hereinafter indicated, and "The Zoning Atlas of the City of Clearwater, Florida of 1979" as amended, is amended to indicate that fact as hereinafter set out: RS-75 Single Family Residential District The West 80 feet of the East 512. 55 feet of the South 104 feet of the NE 1 /4 of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 11, Township 29 South, Range 15 East, Pinellas County, Florida. Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are to the extent of such conflict hereby repealed. Section 3. Any person, or persons, firm or corporation or association of persons, who shall violate, or fail to comply with any of the terms or provisions of this ordinance shall, upon conviction, be fined not exceeding the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), or imprisonment in Jail for not exceeding sixty (60) days or by both such fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the Judge, Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense. Section S. Notice of the proposed enactment of this ordinance has been properly advertised in a newspaper of general circulation in accordance with Section 166.041, Florida Statutes. Section 6. The Planning Director is directed to include and set out and show upon the official zoning atlas of the City of Clearwater the foregoing amendments as hereinabove set out. Section 7. The provisions of this ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage.
