EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE. •;.
WHEREAS, Section 10. 01 of Ordinance No. 1830 made the provisions
of Chapter 9710, Special Acts of Florida, 1923, as amended, an ordinance
subject to modification and repeal as any other ordinances; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the following sections of
Chapter 9710, Special Acts of Florida, 1923, are no longer needed and
should therefore be repealed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
