Yegge and Tina G. After its evaluation of all evidence presented at a proper public hearing, the City of Clearwater, acting by and through its City Commission, by thtz al•:Ilority and under the provisions of Chapter 171. 044, J ? t Florida Statutes, hereby annexes into the corporate limits of the City of i, Clearwater, Florida, and redefines the boundary lines of said City so as to include the following described parcels of real property in Pinellas County, Florida, and establishes fire district classifications therefor: ' That part of Lots 5 and 6, MOSELL ACRES, according to the ,i plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 24, page 70 of the Public 3 r Records of Pinellas County, Florida, further described as follows: y ' Begin at the SE corner of Section 12, Township 29 South, Range 15 East, and run N 0°0113911 E along the centerline of Belcher Road 33 8 .2 127" 00 9 5 . (Oleander Ave. by plat), 50.00 feet; thence N W, ' feet to the Westerly right-of-way of Belcher Road, as shown on the . Plat of said Mos ell Acres, for a P. 0. B. ; thence continue N 89'25' i j 27" W, along the North right-of-way of Drew Street, 167, 00 feet to a point; thence N O*0113911 E, parallel to the West right-of-way of Belcher Road, 150, 00 feet; thence S 89°25'27" E, parallel to the North right-of-way of Drew Street, 167. 00 feet to the West right-of- way of Belcher Road; thence S 000113911 W along the West right-of- way of Belcher Road, 150.00 feet to the P. O. B. , together with the abutting right-of-way for Belcher Road. The City Commission hereby formally and according to law, accepts the dedication of all easements, streets, parks, plazas, places, rights-of-way and other dedications to the public which have heretofore been made by plat, deed or user within the areas so annexed. Section 3. The City Engineer, the City Clerk and the Planning Director are directed to include and set out and show upon the official maps and records of the City of Clearwater the foregoing property and the fire district classifications therefor. Section 4. This ordinance and notice of the proposed enactment of same has been properly advertised in a newspaper of general circulation in accordance with Cha pter 166. 041, Florida Statutes, and Chapter 171.044, Florida Statutes. Section 5. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage and enrollment in the City of Clearwater Ordinance Book and a copy thereof being filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida. In accordance with Chapter 171. 091, and Chapter 171.044, Florida Statutes, a certified copy shall be filed with the Department of State of the State of Florida.
