e. {)C ? \? f 0 r 0 ORDINANCE NO. 1825 AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO, 1777 IN ITS ENTIRETY; VACATING A CERTAIN ALLEY IN COACHMAN HEIGHTS SUBDIVISON REVISED, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; PROVIDING FOR PROPER NOTICE OF PROPOSED ENACTMENT; AND PROVIDING FOR. THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE. 1, 1 WHEREAS, on May 18, 1478, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater adopted Ordinance No. 1777 which vacated a certain alley; and WHEREAS, it has now been determined that the legal description of the alley vacated therein was incorrect and the ordinance should be repealed•,' and WHEREAS, it has been requested by Dimmitt Car Leasing, Inc. and Walton M. Byars, Jr- , owners of certain real property in Magnolia Park Subdivision and Coachman Heights Subdivision Revised in the City of Clearwater, Florida, that the City of Clearwater, Florida, vacate a certain alley; and WHEREAS, after proper public notice and public hearing thereon, the City Commission finds that said alley is not necessary nor required for municipal use and it is deemed to be to the best interest and advantage of the. City and the general public that the same be vacated; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. Ordinance No. 1777 which was adopted by the City Com- mission of the City of Clearwater,' Florida, on May 18, 1978, is hereby repealed in its entirety. Section 2. That the following: That certain alley which is fifteen feet four inches (151411) in width and which runs East and West between Ewing Avenue and Prospect Avenue and which lies directly South of Lots 1 through 4 and the West 1/2 of Lot 5 in Block 3 of Magnolia Park Subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 3, page 43 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and lies directly North of Lots 1 and 16 in Block A of Coachman Heights Subdivision Revised, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 20, page 26 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and which was created and dedicated when said Coachman Heights Subdivision Revised was platted, ?f1'ri`??<r,1`• •; 'QY'd'. •1$25• -1- ' . .10/5/78 d?
