Lr _ ORDINANCE NO. 3766-84 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2019, RELATING TO THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN, TO CHANGE THE LAND USE DESIGNATION FOR CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF CLEARWATER; PROVIDING FOR REPEAL OF CONFLICTING ORDINANCES; PROVIDING FOR PROPER NOTICE OF PROPOSED ENACTMENT; AND PRO- VIDING FOR THE EFFEC'T'IVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE. WHEREAS, the Local Government Comprehensive Planning Act (LGCPA) requires that all development regulations and amendments thereto related to an adopted comprehensive plan or element thereof be reviewed by the Local Planning Agency (LPA) for conformance with plans adopted pursuant to the LGCPA; and WHEREAS,,the Pinellas County Planning Council (PCPC) has been designated the Local Planning Agency for Pinellas County and the PCPC has adopted guidelines with reference to such required referral process; and WHEREAS, this ordinance has been referred to and considered by the PCPC under said process; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1.. Pursuant to the provisions of the Local Government Comprehensive Planning Act, 1975, as amended, and pursuant to all applicable provisions of law, Section 1 of Ordinance No. 2019 is amended by placing the hereinafter described property in the land use category as follows: Property Land Use Category (L.U.P. 84-40) A parcel of land From: Residential/Office lying in the NW 1/4 of Section 18, Township 29 South, Range 16 East, To: Public/Semi-Public Pinellas County, Florida;, being described as: Commence at the NW corner of said Section 18 and run S 89°22'51" E, along the centerline of Drew Street, a distance of 251.12 feet to a point; .cleaving said centerline, run S 00°37'09" We, a distance of 50.0 feet to a point on the southerly right-of-way line of said Drew Street for the P.O.B.; therice run S 69°22'51" E, along said right-of-way line, a distance of 302.08 feet to a ' point; leaving said right-of-way line, run S 00°18'05" We a distance of 358.6 feet to'=a point; thence run S 89°22'51" E, a distance of 220.0 feet to a point; thence run'S 00°18'05" We a distance of 264.65 feet to a point; thence run N 89°27'19" We a distance of 717.33 feet to a point on the easterly right-of-way line of Belcher Road (County Road No. S0'1); thence run N 00°08'02" W, a distance of 404.49 feet to a point; thence run S 89022151" E, a distance of 200.00 feet to SEE ORDINANCE a point; thence run N 00°08'02" We a distance of 220.00 feet to the P.O.B. 3774-5q .11 -1- Yri Ord 3766-84 11/15/84 N1 ?eedi f x$1 t{ i Y- { F' 1 X"1 Ffl i. 11 (a Section 2. The City of Clearwater does hereby certify that the measures contained in this ordinance are consistent and in con- formance with the City's Comprehensive Plan and individual elements thereof adopted pursuant to the LGCPA and directs that same be forwarded to the LPA for their receipt and appropriate action. Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are to the extent of such conflict hereby repealed. Section 4. Notice of the proposed enactment of this ordinance has been properly advertised in a newspaper of general circulation in accordance with Section 166.041, Florida Statutes. Section 5.
