AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
AMENDING SECTION 72.05, OF CHAPTER 72, ALCOHOLIC
BEVERAGES, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF
CLEARWATER, BY,PLACING A NEW ESTABLISHMENT UNDER
2APS CLASSIFICATION, SAID ESTABLISHMENT BEING
IN SECTION 30, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST,
PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; PROVIDING FOR PROPER
NOTICE OF PROPOSED ENACTMENT; AND PROVIDING FOR
THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE.
BE•IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF CLEARWATER; FLORIDA:
Section 1. Section 72.05, of Chapter 72, Alcoholic Beverages,
of the Code of Ordinances, City of Clearwater, is hereby amended
to place a new establishment under 2APS Classification as
follows:
2APS - Beer and Wine--Package Sales
PHAR-wMOR #10, 2614 U.S. 19 North,
K-Mart Shopping Center, being a portion
of M&B 4-2 in Section 30, Township 28
South, Range 16 East, Pinellas County,
Florida.
Section 2. Notice of the proposed enactment of this ordinance

has been properly advertised in a newspaper of general circulation
in accordance with Section 166.041, Florida Statutes.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage.
