ORDINANCE NO. 3669-84
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3570-84, WHICH VACATED
A CERTAIN PORTION OF RIGHT-OF-WAY IN GRAND VIEW
TERRACE SUBDIVISION, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA,

PROPER NOTICE OF PROPOSED ENACTMENT; AND PROVIDING

FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
after proper public notice and public hearing thereon, adopted
Ordinance No. 3570-84, which vacated a certain portion of right-
of-way in Grand View Terrace Subdivision, Pinellas County, Florida;
and
WHEREAS, it has now been determined that the survey furnished
to the City for this vacation contained an error, and it is there-
fore necessary to amend the ordinance to correct the legal description.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That Section 1 of ordinance No. 3570-B4, which
was passed and adopted on June 7, 1964, is hereby amended to read
as follows:
Section 1. That the following:
From the NE corner of the West 55 feet of Lot 45,
Grand View Terrace, according to the map or plat
thereof as recorded in Plat Book 12, page 3 of the Public
Records of Pinellas County, Florida, said corner being
the P.O.B., proceed North along the alignment of the
East property line of Lot 45, 11.50 feet; thence West,
90°00'00" to said line, 63.31 feet to a point on a curve,
.said curve being the Southerly right-of-way of Richards
Avenue formerly Lake Avenue West; from said point on a
curve proceed Easterly along said curve to the P.O.B.;
said curve having a radius of 180.0 feet, a chord of
.64:35 feet, an arc of 64.69 feet, and a delta of
20°35'36",
be and the same is hereby vacated, closed and released, and
the City of Clearwater hereby quit claims and releases all
of its right, title and interest thereto to the persons;
firmsAor corporations entitled thereto by law."
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are to the extent of such conflict hereby repealed.
Section 3. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to record
this ordinance in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
