WHEREAS, the Local Government Comprehensive Planning Act (LGCPA)'
requires that all development regulations and amendments thereto related to an j adopted comprehensive plan or element thereof be reviewed by the Local Planning j
' "ry Agency (LPA) for conformance with plans adopted pursuant to the LGCPA; and

WHEREAS, the Pinellas County Planning Council (PCPC) has been W }
designated the Local Planning Agency for Pinellas County and the PCPC has adopted v<;?
41 guidelines with reference to such required referral process; and

visions of law, Section 1 of Ordinance No. 2019 Is amended by placing the hereinafter
described property in the land use category as follows:
