'S . s 1 ORDINANCE NO. 3583-84 ;., AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF r+=° THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, 1984, AS AMENDED, BY ZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY RECENTLY , ANNEXED INTO THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, AS DESCRIBED HEREIN; PROVIDING FOR REPEAL OF ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN 4 i CONFLICT HEREWITH TO THE EXTENT OF SUCH CONFLICT; PROVIDING FOR THE SEPARABILITY OF THE PROVISIONS HEREOF;PROVIDING FOR PROPER NOTICE OF PROPOSED ENACTMENT; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE. WHEREAS, on January 19, 1984, the City Commission of the City ' of Clearwater, after proper public notice, held a public hearing ' for the determination and establishment of zoning classifications for certain property annexed into the City of Clearater in accordance with procedure as established; and , WHEREAS, certain of the amendments to the zoning atlas for M establishing zoning for such newly annexed real property were approved by the City Commission after its evaluation of all 1 evidence presented at the said public hearing; and ,.?
