WHEREAS, it has been requested by The Lane Co., owner of certain real property in The Village of Countryside Subdivision, in the'City of Clearwater, Florida, that the City of Clearwater, Florida, vacate a certain portion of an utility easement; and WHEREAS, after proper public notice and public hearing thereon, the City Commission finds that said portion of an easement is not necessary nor required for municipal use and it is deemed to be to the best interest and advantage of the City and the general public that the same be vacated; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. That the following: A portion of a 20.0 feet wide City of Clearwateri.Utility Easement lying within the Plat of The Village at Countryside, as recorded in Plat Book 86 at pages 3 through 6 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, lying within Sections 30 and 31, Township 28 South, Range 16 East, .and being more particularly described as follows: Commence at the northerly corner of Parcel 5 of said Plat of The Village at Countryside, said corner being on the westerly right-of-way line of U.S. Highway No. 19 (State Road No. 55); thence S 47°06'06" W, for 252.55 feet along the northwesterly line of said Parcel 5 to the intersection of the southerly line of a 20 foot wide City of Clearwater Utility Easement; thence S 89047107" W, for 107.92 feet along said southerly line to the P.O.B.; thence continue along said line S 87°47'07" W, for 22.14 feet; thence leaving said line N 47°06'06" E, for 16.28 feet; thence S 42°53'54" E, for 15.01 feet to the P.O.B., be and.the same is hereby vacated, closed and relesed, and the City of Clearwater hereby quit claims and releses all of its right, title and interest thereto to the persons, firms or corporations entitled thereto by law.
