' . r 1 ORDINANCE NO. 3507-84 0 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2019, RELATING TO THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN, TO CHANGE THE LAND USE DESIGNATION FOR CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF CLEARWATER; PROVIDING FOR REPEAL OF CONFLICTING ORDINANCES; PROVIDING FOR PROPER NOTICE OF PROPOSED ENACTMENT; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE. WHEREAS, the Local Government Comprehensive Planning Act (LGCPA) requires that all development regulations and amendments thereto related to an adopted comprehensive plan or element thereof be reviewed by the Local Planning Agency (LPA) for conformance with plans adopted pursuant to the LGCPA; and WHEREAS, the Pinellas County Planning Council (PCPC) has been designated the Local Planning Agency for Pinellas County and the PCPC has adopted guidelines with reference to such required referral process; and WHEREAS, this Ordinance has been referred to and considered by the PCPC under said process; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. Pursuant to the provisions of the Local Government Comprehensive Planning Act, 1975, as amended, and pursuant to all applicable pro- visions of law, Section I of Ordinance No. 2019 is amended by placing the hereinafter described property in the land use category as follows: Property Land Use Catego (L.U.P. 83-96) South 150 feet more or less of From: Commercial/Tourist North 875.73 feet of the East 250 feet in the Facilities Northeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 13, Township 29 South, Range 15 East, Pinellas To: Residential Office County, Florida, less right-of-way. AND South 220 feet of North 725 feet of East 233 feet of Northeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 13, Township 29 South, Range 15 East, Pinellas County, Florida, less right-of-way. AND West 100 feet of North 150 feet and the West 50 feet of the South 210 feet of Lot 1 and all of Lots 2 and 3 of Professional Business Complex, according to map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 80, page 24, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. The City of Clearwater does hereby certify that the measures contained In this ordinance are consistent and In conformance with the City's Comprehensive Plan and individual elements thereof adopted pursuant to the LGCPA and directs that same be forwarded to the LPA for their receipt and appropriate action. Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are to the extent of such conflict hereby repealed. Section 4. Notice of the proposed enactment of this ordinance has been properly advertised In a newspaper of general circulation in accordance with Section 166.041, Florida Statutes. Section 5.
