AMENDING SECTION 72.05, OF CHAPTER 72, ALCOHOLIC
BEVERAGES, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, BY PLACING A NEW ESTABLISHMENT
UNDER COPSRX CLASSIFICATION, SAID ESTABLISHMENT
BEING IN SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 15
EAST, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; PROVIDING FOR
PROPER NOTICE OF PROPOSED ENACTMENT; AND PROVIDING
FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Section 72.05, of Chapter 72, Alcoholic Beverages,
of the Code of Ordinances, City of Clearwater, is hereby amended
to place a new establishment under COPSRX Classification as
follows:
COPSRX -- Consumption on Premises-
Special Restaurant
Old Country Inn, 1825 Gulf to Bay Blvd.,
being M&B 32.04 in Section 13, Township 29
South, Range 15 East, Pinellas County, Florida.
Section 2. Notice of the proposed enactment of this ordinance
has been properly advertised in a newspaper of general circulation
in accordance with Section 166.041, Florida Statutes.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage.
