ORDINANCE NO. 3448-84
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3125--83, WHICH AMENDED
THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER,
FLORIDA, TO ZONE CERTAIN PROPERTY RECENTLY ANNEXED.
INTO THE CITY, TO CORRECT THE REFERENCE TO MARY-
MONT FIRST ADDITION AND TO CORRECT THE PLAT BOOK
AND PAGE NUMBER OF SAME IN THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION;
PROVIDING FOR PROPER NOTICE OF PROPOSED ENACTMENT;
AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS
ORDINANCE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
after proper publicnotice and public hearing thereon, adopted
Ordinance No. 3125-83, which zoned certain property recently
annexed into the City of Clearwater; and
WHEREAS, an error has now been found in the legal description
provided by the surveyor and it is necessary to amend the ordinance
to correct the legal description of the property so zoned;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 3125-83, which was
passed and adopted on August 4, 1983, is hereby amended to read
I. as follows:
"Section 1.? The following described property in
Clearwater, Florida, is hereby classified and zoned
as.hereinafter indicated, and "The Zoning Atlas of
the City of Clearwater, Florida of 1983," as amended,
is amended to indicate that fact as hereinafter set out:
Zoned CG -- General Business District
Being a portion ei-Bieek-38 of the Replat of
First Addition to Marymont Subdivision, as recorded
in Plat Book 19, page 93 of the Public Records of
Pinellas County, Florida, described as follows;
Commence at the SW corner of said Block 38, of
the-Aeplat-ef Marymont First Addition te-NaEyment
Subdivision, as recorded-in Plat Book 49 18, page
93 36 of the Public Records of Pinellas County,
Florida, and run thence N 53°52'34" E, along the
southerly right-of-way of State Road No. 590, 200.0
'feet for the P.O.B.; thence continue N 53°52'34" E,
along said southerly right-of-way of State Road
No. 590, 133.74 feet; thence S 36°07'26" E, 230.07
feet to.the northerly right-of-way line of Drew
Street; thence N 89°25'27" W, along said northerly
right-of-way-line of Drew Street, 188.18 feet; thence
N 27°49'57" W, 118.86 feet to the P.O.B."
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are to the extent of such conflict hereby repealed.

Section 3. Notice of the proposed enactment of this ordinance
has been properly advertised in a newspaper of general circulation
in accordance with Section 166.041, Florida Statutes.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon-its passage.
