THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, '

MONT FIRST ADDITION AND TO CORRECT THE PLAT BOOK
' AND PAGE NUMBER OF SAME IN THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION;
PROVIDING FOR PROPER NOTICE OF PROPOSED ENACTMENT;
AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS
ORDINANCE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
after.proper public notice and public hearing thereon, adopted
ordinance No. 3299-83, which zoned certain property recently
annexed into the City of Clearwater; and
WHEREAS, an error has now been found in the legal description
provided by the surveyor and it is necessary to amend the ordinance
to correct the legal description of the property so zoned;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
,COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 3299-83, which was
passed and adopted on December 15, 1983, is hereby amended to read
as follows:
"Sectitnn 1. The following described property in
Clearwdter, Florida, is hereby classified and zoned as
dhereinafter indicated, and "The Zoning Atlas of the
City of Clearwater, Florida of 198311, as amended, is
amended to indicate that fact as hereinafter set out:
Zoned CG - General Business District
A portion of Bleek--'38a-ef the Replat of First
Addition to Marymont Subdivision, as recorded in
Plat Book 19, page 93 of the Public Records of
Pinellas County, Florida, also a portion of Lot 1
of the Plat of Mosell Acres, as recorded in Plat
Book 24, page 70 of the Public Records of Pinellas
County, Florida, described as follows:
Commence at the SW corner of said Block 1138" of
tine-Replat-ef'Marymont First Addition te-Marrymeat

99.36 of the Public Records of Pinellas County,
Florida, and run thence N 53°52'34" E, along the
