WHEREAS, the Local Government Comprehensive Planning Act (LGCPA) i
requires that all development regulations and amendments thereto related to an .: _, ...._ .,.. ':ef.

Agency (LPA) for conformance with plans adopted pursuant to the LGCPA; and
WHEREAS, the Pinellas County Planning Council (PCPC) has been

guidelines with reference to such required referral process; and ;
WHEREAS, this Ordinance has been referred to and considered by the I
PCPC under said process; '
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Pursuant to the provisions of the Local Government
Comprehensive Planning Act, 1975, as amended, and pursuant to all applicable pro- ke

visions of law, Section 1 of Ordinance No. 2019 is amended by placing the hereinafter
described property in the land use category as follows:

of beginning; thence run Northerly along said
centerline 'to the centerline of Engman Street, as
recorded in Official Record 2410, page 349, of said
Public Records; thence run Easterly along said
centerline 150.8 feet to a point on the West Line
of the. Plat of Fairburn Addition, as recorded In
Plat Book' 12, page 18, of said Public Records; thence
run Southerly along said West line to the mid-section
line of said Section 10; thence run Westerly along
said mid-section line to the point of beginning, less
the rights-of-way of Palmetto Street, Holt Avenue,
and Engmaa Street.

' Section 2. The City of Clearwater does hereby certify that the measures
contained in this ordinance are consistent and in conformance with the City's
Comprehensive Plan and individual elements thereof adopted pursuant to the LGCPA
and directs that same be forwarded to.the LPA for their receipt and appropriate
action.
Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are
to the extent of such conflict hereby repealed.
Section 4. Notice of the proposed enactment of this ordinance has been
properly advertised in a newspaper of general circulation in accordance with Section
166.041, Florida Statutes.
Section 5. The provisions of this ordinance shall take effect immediately
upon its passage.
