Pursuant to the provisions of the Local Government Comprehensive Planning Act, 1975, as amended, and pursuant to all applicable provisions of law, Section I of Ordinance No. 2019 is amended by placing the hereinafter described property in the land use category as follows: Pro er (L. U. P.• 83-41) Lots I through 5, inclusive,. Block 28; Lots 1 through 5,• inclusive, Block 33; Lots I through 5, Block 34; and Lots 1 through 5, Block 39, all in Magnolia Park Sub- division, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, page 70, and Plat Book 3, page 43 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.'
